Step-by-Step Application Method
- • Surface Preparation: Ensure the grouting area is clean, free from oil, dust, and loose
debris. Pre-soak the substrate with water to achieve a saturated surface-dry condition for better bonding.
- • Mixing: Gradually add the grout powder into clean, measured water and mix thoroughly for
3–5 minutes using a mechanical mixer until a smooth, lump-free, and flowable consistency is achieved.
- • Placing: Pour or pump the mixed grout continuously into the prepared gap or formwork,
avoiding air entrapment to ensure complete contact and support.
- • Curing: Begin curing immediately after the initial set to prevent premature moisture
loss. This enhances strength development and prevents surface cracking.
